Large projects require smooth installation of the waterproofing treatment to achieve a quality result for the client. The HP1200 is machine applied to large areas quickly without sacrificing attention to detail, such as terminations and upturns. The short cure time of the product means that following trades are only minimally delayed, allowing efficient progress of the project. The rapid cure cycle also means that basement walls can be backfilled far earlier than with less advanced systems.
Environmental considerations
All Envirosystems products are independently accredited as low VOC and are Green Star certified. Our products are easy to use and have other benefits such as minimal overspray during application. Our skilled applicator base also minimizes risk to themselves and the environment through the use of screens during windy conditions and correct PPE at all times.
Envirosystems is committed to providing environmentally responsible technology that is allied with best practice application procedures. Wherever possible we use water based, high solids or raw materials with no solvents in our products.
Quality assurance
Great products need good installation teams. Applicators are thoroughly trained in the safe handling of our products. Correct substrate preparation and ongoing quality control during installation is pivotal in the long term performance of the system. The photos show checking of applied coating thickness and subsequent adhesion of the product to the substrate.
Quality assurance programs are supplied by our applicators to clients as a matter of course. Detailed installation specifications are available to applicators at any time.
